New Student Enrollment: Account Request

This form is the first step to enrolling your new student online. Complete it to request an account that you will use to log in to a secure Online Enrollment system.
Please complete required fields to request an account to enroll your students. Please complete this Online Registration Form to access the secure enrollment system where you may request enrollment for your child in Brainerd Public Schools ISD 181. Be prepared to upload a copy of your child’s birth certificate, passport, or other similar identification form along with your child's immunization record. Failure to do so may cause a delay in your child’s enrollment. A scan or photo image of these documents is acceptable. Partially completed forms will not be saved. Once you begin, please complete the Online Registration Form in its entirety and submit it or you will need to start over.
